How Does innovation contribute to legacy?
In this week’s episode, Paul has the pleasure of speaking with Denise Drace-Brownell, the founder of DDB Technology, a private equity and innovation strategy firm. Although Denise offers a brief overview of her professional background, she shares most about her work with BV disorder. This limited her ability to work with her cutting edge technology program. She focused instead on applied technology which was not her first love. This experience now serves as a purpose for developing her legacy.

“We need to update vision testing protocols to reflect how we spend most of our time these days—with computers and digital devices and not with hard copies of documents. We need to make sure patients have the visual skills to use the tools necessary in today’s digital world, such as algorithms and computational graphs and formulas. Practically, this is rarely tested,”

He covered his first sports stories in high school. Dan received a bachelor’s degree in broadcast journalism and a master’s degree in business administration from Morehead State University.
